Mental Health support this Christmas.

This time of year can sometimes be a difficult and challenging time for people for a number of reasons. Please know that you are not alone, if you need a safe place to turn the services and support below are available during the Christmas period. Please know that it's okay if there are times when we don't feel okay.


Samaritans: The Samaritans provide a safe space for you to talk and access support whenever you may be experiencing difficulties. They can be reached 24 hours a day on 116 123.


Shout: Shout is a free, confidential text messaging service which is available 24 hours a day by texting SHOUT to 85258.


CALM: Their free, confidential helpline and webchat is available every day from 5pm to midnight. They can be reached by calling 0800 58 58 58 or by visiting: www.thecalmzone.net.


Mind: If things have reached a point and you're feeling unsafe at present, please call 999 or present at A&E.
